Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie want a fresh a start for their family, according to reports. The estranged couple was reportedly making an effort to rekindle their romance and eventually reunite so their family will be happy and whole again. It was said that the pair planned a meeting in London to talk and fix their marriage.
According to a report by Radar Online last year, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt made arrangements to meet in the U.K. and a secret reunion took place. It was said that the pair planned the meeting ahead of their schedules to shoot their respective movies in London.
Brad Pitt would be on the set of “World War Z 2” while his ex-wife would be working on “Maleficent 2.” A source supposedly told Radar that Brad and Angelina would be in the U.K. in early 2018 and that was the perfect time to meet and talk.
“The upside of all of this is that the family is going to have one big chance to be together for an extended period of time,” the insider said. “It’s one of the rare times both Brad and Angie are shooting simultaneously.”
The source added that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s filming schedules in London were perfect and work in their favor. “This is going to be a whole new world, and an easier one too because they will be able to co-parent while still making these huge blockbuster movies on alternating schedule,” he explained.
In the end, the source admitted that if the talk would not work for the ex-couple to reconcile, then he believed that nothing else could be done for them to fix their marriage.
Gossip Cop debunked this report and announced that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s secret reunion in London never happened. The report was posted last year and time proved that it was a false narrative.
The publication pointed out that while Angelina really filmed “Maleficent 2” in the U.K., Brad Pitt was not in that country during her stay. In fact, around that time, the “Fury” star was not on the set of “World War Z 2” but was filming “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” in Los Angeles.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt clearly did not rekindle their romance since their rift even worsened due to their child custody battle in court. The pair exchanged bitter words through their legal teams and they have yet to settle the case as well as finalize their divorce.
