ROCHESTER, N.Y., Aug. 31, 2017 -- Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (BNL) announced today that it is actively monitoring and assessing the impact of Hurricane and Tropical Storm Harvey on its properties located in Texas and along the Gulf Coast. Although the disruption to daily business and communication caused by the storm has been severe, BNL’s portfolio management team has been able to communicate with many of BNL’s tenants in the affected areas. Preliminary reports from those tenants indicate that BNL’s properties have generally suffered no or minor damage. As the storm is ongoing and the full impact is unknown, we will provide additional information or updates in the event of a material change.
