Burger King adds tangy goodness with its Ultimate Yuzu Burgers

The Double Ultimate Yuzu Salmon Burger consists of two juicy and crispy salmon patties, American cheese slices, and the Yuzu Mayo sauce in between a corn-dusted sourdough bun.

Burger King is bringing in a uniquely Asian twist to their menu with the Ultimate Yuzu Burgers, two sandwiches that contain a new Yuzu Mayo sauce to bring a tangy jolt with every bite.

The first is the Double Ultimate Yuzu Salmon Burger, which consists of two juicy and crispy salmon patties, American cheese slices, and the Yuzu Mayo sauce in between a corn-dusted sourdough bun.

The other is the Ultimate Yuzu Tendergrill Chicken, which boasts Burger King’s famous flame-grilled chicken thigh patty, American cheese slices, and Yuzu Mayo sauce.

The sauce’s tanginess deliciously complements salmon’s sweeter taste and the chicken patty’s smokey flavor.

Finish off your Ultimate Yuzu Burger with the new Or Nee Pie, which contains chunks of taro and sweet potato encased within the crispy, flaky pie crust.

Pineapple lovers can opt for the Ong Lai treats, such as the Ong Lai Float, a dessert drink with Sprite,h soft-serve ice cream, and chunky pineapple bits.

There’s also the Ong Lai Sundae, which offers generous bits of pineapple with a cup of soft-serve ice cream.
