CNBC said Democrats’ midterm wins were already affecting the economy and markets as CNBC Wealth Editor Robert Frank and Brown Harris Stevens CEO Bess Freedman appeared in a Thursday livestream on real estate and wealth.

CNBC listed the livestream for 9:30 a.m. ET on Nov. 5. The planned discussion ranged from borrowing costs and housing affordability to wealth migration and the luxury-home market.

CNBC says Freedman leads a team of more than 2,300 real estate agents in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Florida. The network described real estate as the top asset for many families. A 30:36 video of the conversation appears on CNBC’s event page; the network says viewers need an account to watch it.
