Celebrated for its innovative blend of Korean BBQ and American steakhouse traditions, Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse announces its expansion into Singapore. Scheduled for a Q4 2023 opening, COTE Singapore will be nestled in the dynamic COMO Orchard, a cutting-edge development by the respected COMO Group on Orchard Road.
According to the company, they stay true to their philosophy of blending the conviviality of Korean BBQ with the finest cuts of an American steakhouse, all while embracing seasonal ingredients. They invite diners to indulge in their signature Butcher's Feast. This experience lets customers savor four premium cuts of meat paired with a delightful selection of Korean-inspired side dishes.
The exceptional design of COTE Singapore will be brought to life by Modellus Novus, the distinguished New York architecture firm responsible for our other locations. The restaurant aims to create an engaging atmosphere like no other in Singapore with various immersive spaces, including a captivating cocktail bar and a lively music room.
Simon Kim, Proprietor of Gracious Hospitality Management, the visionary team behind COTE, expresses his profound admiration for Singapore's vibrant culture and burgeoning culinary scene. Working alongside Christina Ong and one of the most prominent family-owned hotel groups, being part of this pivotal homecoming moment is indeed a dream come true.
In addition to our celebrated COMO Hotels and Resorts, which span from London to Bhutan, our culinary presence in Singapore includes remarkable establishments such as Jean-Georges Vongerichten's The Dempsey Cookhouse and Bar, as well as Malcolm Lee's Candlenut, the world's first Peranakan restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star, and his newest venture showcasing Contemporary Straits cuisine.
Discover the unparalleled experience that awaits you at COTE Singapore. Stay tuned for more updates, and prepare to embark on a remarkable gastronomic journey.
