ALISO VIEJO, Calif., April 25, 2018 -- Corent Technology, a leader in Azure cloud migration, optimization and SaaSification technology, today announced it has entered into a partnership with Calligo, a world-leading cloud solution provider.
With this new partnership, the SurPaaS® platform from Corent will give Calligo the ability to better support its clients by using automation to analyze their on-premise or pre-existing cloud applications and workloads, optimize them for the cloud and ultimately migrate them to new, more appropriate environments. These may include Azure public cloud, Azure Stack or Calligo’s own multi-jurisdictional public cloud environment, CloudCore.
Calligo’s public and hybrid cloud platforms were the first to be designed with data privacy and sovereignty at their core, rejecting the industry’s myopic focus just on cloud basics such as uptime and scalability. Calligo is one of the first independent cloud service providers to offer Microsoft Azure Stack and has datacentres in the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, Switzerland, Canada, Singapore and Luxembourg.
“We are excited to announce our partnership with Calligo,” said Feyzi Fatehi Corent CEO. “We share a commitment to Azure Stack as a private cloud option for the markets we serve, and with Calligo’s global deployment we are uniquely placed to offer the full range of Microsoft cloud options via SurPaaS®.”
“Delivering excellent customer service is absolutely crucial for Calligo, and this starts with supporting clients’ first steps into the cloud,” commented Julian Box, Founder and CEO, Calligo. “Our partnership with Corent will allow us to give our clients full reassurance during the otherwise daunting migration process. By automating the analysis and migration of workloads to the cloud, we are able to guarantee their journey to the cloud is optimized – both in terms of enabling full value to be extracted from their data and adhering with the data privacy regulations that apply to them.”
Corent's SurPaaS® is a fully integrated platform to automatically Analyze, Migrate, Cloudify, Paasify and if desired - SaaSify - practically any software application.
