Carnival Corporation Ltd. declared a $0.15 quarterly dividend for holders of its common stock, extending a restored payout program after a fiscal year without such payments in 2025.

The company’s 2025 annual filing records no common-stock dividends during the fiscal year that ended Nov. 30. In December 2025, Carnival’s boards brought back quarterly payments, beginning at $0.15 per share.

Carnival linked the dividend’s return to progress on its balance sheet. Its filing said the company had surpassed its investment-grade leverage metric threshold before restoring payouts. Carnival also reported that total debt had fallen by more than $10 billion from its January 2023 peak and that it completed a $19 billion refinancing in December 2025.

A Form 10-Q reported $618 million in dividends, equal to $0.45 per share, for the nine months ended Aug. 31, 2026. That filing predates the latest declaration and does not give the total cost of the new payment.

Carnival’s Oct. 22 announcement set Nov. 6 as the record date. Eligible shareholders are scheduled to receive the $0.15 payment on Nov. 27.
