(NASDAQ:DLHC), a leading provider of innovative healthcare services and solutions to Federal agencies announced that it has appointed Helene Fisher to serve as President of DLH Danya and the company’s new operating unit. Ms. Fisher will lead operations for customers largely in the Civilian agencies market and focus on leveraging the enterprise-wide capabilities of DLH to support their missions. Ms. Fisher will report directly to Zach Parker, President and CEO of DLH.

Ms. Fisher has extensive industry experience working on high profile federal government programs. Prior to joining DLH, she has held leadership positions with MAXIMUS Federal Services including responsibility for operations and program performance of a major initiative for the Department of Health and Human Services and several Federal Civilian agencies. Prior to joining MAXIMUS, she has lead large-scale program delivery efforts for the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice, State and electronic health record programs. She holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications. Ms. Fisher previously served as a U.S. Army Officer, Signal Corps, Captain.
DLH provides business process outsourcing for key Federal government programs, including compliance monitoring and evaluation for the Office of Head Start and management of consolidated mail order pharmacy services for the Veterans Health Affairs agency. DLH applies technology-enabled solutions in a lean six sigma environment, to deliver high-quality and cost effective service to its customers.
