‘Degrassi: Next Class’ season 3’s episode 5, titled "#HugeIfTrue," will feature a surprise hook-up in a co-ed party after Shay, Lola, and Frankie’s plans for a girl’s night take a different turn. Meanwhile, Hunter, Vijay, and Baaz compete with each other.
The synopsis for episode 5 posted on TV.com reads, “Hunter (Spencer MacPherson), Vijay (Dante Scott), and Baaz (Amir Bageria) decide to see how they measure up to one another. A girls' night turns into a coed party and leads to an unexpected hookup.”
It seems that as Shay (Reiya Downs), Lola (Amanda Arcuri), and Frankie (Sara Waisglass) prepare for a girl’s night, things won’t go according to plan as they end up in a co-ed party. According to IMDB, Frankie may be ready for a night of intimacy while Shay’s own insecurities may damage her relationship with boyfriend Tiny Bell (Richard Walters).
On the other hand, Lola’s constant search for affection may lead her to someone she shouldn’t be with. Perhaps her boy-crazy antics will get her in trouble in the incoming episode.
Meanwhile, Hunter, Vijay and Baaz will compete to reveal who is the bigger man.
‘Degrassi: Next Class’ season 3’s episode 5, titled "#HugeIfTrue," is scheduled to air on Family (F2N) on January 13, 2017. The episode was directed by Phil Earnshaw and written by Courtney Jane Walker. It will be followed by episode 6, titled "#ThatFeelingWhen," scheduled for January 16.
The teen drama television series is set in the Degrassi Universe, originally created by Linda Schuyler and Kit Hood in 1979. The series follows a group of students at the Degrassi Community School as they face challenges in taboo situations such as drug abuse, homosexuality, self image, racism, violence, sexuality, and teen pregnancy. Season 3 premiered on the Family Channel on January 9, 2017 but was released in its entirety on Netflix last January 6.
