“Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 20 will be here in a few weeks, and it is along time coming because it was revealed to be a special episode. This means that it is not really part of the first season but will prepare the way for season 2.
Season 2 is up next
As explained by DBSChronicles, “Dragon Ball Heroes” season 1 episode 20 will serve as the beginning of the second installment. It will be featuring the climax of the “Dark Demon Realm Mission” where the conflict between the Time Patrol and Dark Empire will be highlighted.
This also means that it will not pick up from the scene after Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta won the battle against Hearts, the Godslayer. In “Dragon Ball Heroes” season episode 19 titled "Decisive Battle! Time Patrol vs Dark King!" The Z warriors assisted Gogeta for a sure win since Hearts power proved to be very great.
For a short recap, the battle in “Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 19 was so intense but fans love the exciting scenes and of course the ending. This was how they expected it to end, with the heroes emerging victorious thus many are satisfied though season 1 has ended.
Gogeta along with Piccolo, Trunks, Android, Hit and Jiren worked together to slay Hearts. They did their best because they know people will die once they allow the villains to win. In the end, they saved the universe and they vowed to continue protecting it until they can.
When will the special episode be released?
In any case, “Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 20 has no exact release date yet but based on the information shared by DBSChronicles, it may be coming between the months of May and June. It was further shared that the upcoming episode will feature the “Big Bang Mission” episode.
Otakukart also seconded the possible release date of “Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 20 and posted that fans may get an update very soon since the predicted date is also near. Everyone should stay tuned for the announcement.
“Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 20 will present a new story and there could be new villains since it is expected that the bad guys have been sent back to the prison planet after the Gogeta and Heart’ ultimate battle.
