Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) includes wholesale markets, securities recordkeeping and tokenized-securities frameworks in its Regulatory Radar, extending attention to financial infrastructure beyond traded assets.
The Radar covers developments in those three areas. Separately, VARA’s work on real-world assets includes efforts involving established settlement infrastructure and real estate markets.
