“Dynasty” season 3 is coming soon after being renewed by The CW earlier this year. It promises more drama and intriguing story twists as the Carringtons and the Colbys fight for power, love and fame.
The series is the successful reboot of classic soap that aired in the 80s and originally starred John Forsythe and Joan Collins. The show tackles the complicated lives of a very wealthy clan and its rival - the Colbys.
Synopsis
The official plot summary for “Dynasty” season 3 was already revealed and as per The CW press release, part of it reads: “The Carrington family will face the unknown on all fronts. Dealing with the fallout from the startling second season finale, Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) is surrounded by a host of rivals looking to destroy her, the most wicked of which is her own brother, Adam (Sam Underwood), who takes the idea of “sibling rivalry” to a whole new level of crazy.”
What to expect
When “Dynasty” season 3 returns, fans will know if Cristal Jennings and Blake Carrington's wedding will still take place. This is because there will surely be trouble after two bodies were retrieved from the latter’s property. It is certain that this will be investigated and the results could be shocking.
Firstly, the second body was not identified yet but there were assumptions that this could be Liam’s. In the previous season’s finale, Adam attacked Liam and he was left in the pool with his face submerged in the water thus, it is not sure if he is still alive or not. His fate will be revealed in “Dynasty” season 3.
If Liam lives, Fallon will do her best to make him hers again. She wants him back but things could turn messy if she will set her plans in motion.
Cast
“Dynasty” season 3 will return with most of its original cast in the reboot. Fans can expect to see Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies), Adam (Sam Underwood), Michael (Robert Christopher Riley), Cristal (Ana Brenda Contreras), Blake (Grant Show), Jeff (Sam Adegoke), Monica (Wakeema Hollis), Dominique (Michael Michele), Kirby (Maddison Brown), Joseph (Alan Dale) and Sammy Jo (Rafael De La Fuente).
Airdate
“Dynasty” season 3 is set to premiere on Oct. 11 at 9 p.m. on The CW. it may also be streamed on Netflix for worldwide viewing.
