Ukraine’s postwar economic scenarios and support tools were the focus of a Nov. 4 meeting in Brussels, where the European Commission also highlighted reforms tied to European Union accession.

The Commission said the Brussels session drew on a prosperity framework developed with Ukraine and the United States earlier this year. It followed recent meetings in Miami.

Delegations from Ukraine, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and the United States met alongside NATO and World Bank representatives in Brussels, Anadolu Ajansı reported. EconoTimes previously covered the Commission’s plan for the Nov. 4 talks.

The Commission linked reforms for EU membership to stability and a stronger investment climate. It said the agenda had helped draw private investment and maintain international backing.

The European Union has provided €231.5 billion ($260 billion) to Ukraine since the war with Russia began, the Commission said. The bloc reaffirmed its support as efforts to secure a lasting peace continue.
