Early in August 2025, SharpLink cemented its status as a major Ethereum holder with the purchase of another 22,000 ETH, bringing its overall holdings to over 521,000 ETH valued at almost $2 billion. Funded by a $200 million direct share offering, this major purchase emphasizes a rising trend of traditional businesses using ETH as a strategic treasury asset, with practically all of SharpLink's holdings actively staked for yield, and contributed to a 7% price surge in Ethereum past $3,900. The company's ongoing forceful acquisition and upcoming funding raising initiatives should feed a sustained bullish mood in both the equity and cryptocurrency markets.
ETHUSD broken signiifcant resistance $4000 after a long consolidation. It hits an intraday high of $4013 and is currently trading around $4000. Overall trend remains bullish as long as support $3350 remains intact. Watch out for $4100, any break above targets $5000. A robust bullish trend will only materialize above $5000.
Immediate support is around $3700. Any violation below will drag the price down to $3550/$3500/$3380/$3200/$3000. A breach below $3000 could see Ethereum plummet to $2770/$2500.
It is good to buy on dips around $3800 with SL around $3600 for a TP of $5000
