(NASDAQ:FSFR) (“FSFR”) today announced that it plans to report earnings for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 after the financial markets close in New York on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. Due to the pending transaction with Oaktree, FSFR will not have an earnings call or webcast for its third quarter results.
