“Fire Force” is one of the newest anime series arriving this summer. It revolves around the group of extraordinary firefighters who also possess superpowers because the fires they put out are caused by mythical creatures. “Fire Force” episode 1 will most likely introduce fans to its main characters and possibly their first case.
“Fire Force” episode 1, like most beginnings of anime series, will introduce the main protagonists most probably starting with Shinra Kusakabe. The manga began when Shinra spotted a human flame causing havoc at a train station.
“Fire Force” episode 1: Shinra joins Special Fire Force Company 8
The anime series will open with Shinra’s first encounter with his new team of firefighters. While at a train station, Shinra witnesses people getting evacuated after a person suddenly starts to produce fire from his body. Shinra attempts to help but gets interrupted when the Special Fire Force Company 8 arrives at the scene.
Like Shira, members of this fire fighting unit have superpowers, and their main task is to respond to cases caused by mysterious situations and creatures. Later in “Fire Force” episode 1, Shinra will be introduced to the team, and he will declare that he is joining them because he wants to be a hero. Fans may also get their first peek into the Special Fire Force Company 8 headquarters that happens to be a cathedral.
Later in “Fire Force” episode 1, Shinra will be introduced to the female members of the team and Maki will seem to find him cute. Meanwhile, fans will also get a little background about the unexplained cases of spontaneous human combustion plaguing their city. The team makes it their ultimate goal to resolve this phenomenon.
“Fire Force” episode 1: Shinra’s backstory
In every heroic character is a heartbreaking backstory and Shinra is not different. While the main goal of the entire team is established, “Fire Force” episode 1 will likely introduce Shinra’s personal goal through a little flashback. It goes back to when he was a child, and his family was still alive. His parents died from a fire that his grandmother is blaming him.
“Fire Force” episode 1 release date, episode count
“Fire Force” episode 1 marks the beginning of the new anime series and it will be released on Saturday, July 6 and will be streamed on FunimationNow. IMDb lists the show with 12 episodes making a second season possible in the future.
