Micelin-starred ramen shop Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta will reopen on February 10 in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward.
Tsuta, the first ramen shop to ever receive a Michelin star in 2016, closed in September 2022, "for various reasons."
The new Tstuta will have an improved menu featuring a fusion of Japanese umami culinary culture and ingredients from around the world.
The restaurant, run by Tsutanote Inc, vows to remain focused on creativity and unlimited possibilities in ramen.
