STRASBURG, Va., Feb. 12, 2016 -- The Board of Directors of First National Corporation (the “Company”) (OTC:FXNC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share, a 20% increase from the quarterly dividend paid December 18, 2015. The dividend is payable on March 18, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 4, 2016.
