TORONTO, April 12, 2017 -- FirstService Corporation (TSX:FSV) (NASDAQ:FSV) (“FirstService”) today announced that it has added another market-leading franchise to its Paul Davis Restoration (“PDR”) company-owned operations with the acquisition of PDR of Omaha Nebraska. The acquisition marks the fifth addition to PDR’s rapidly growing company-owned operations. Chris Mangan, President, and Kari Mangan, General Manager, will remain partners in the business and continue to lead day-to-day operations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
