Anime fans who feel like the ongoing Regiment de Cuisine is getting a little monotonous at this point will be thrilled with what's happening in “Food Wars” season 4 episode 8. Azami announced that he will apply changes in the judging panel, but the surprise does not end there. He brings in two new judges with him.

To recap, Azami announced after Erina won against Momo that he will change the judging panel. One of the changes is that he will be one of the judges. Like in the manga, Anne might contest the idea in “Food Wars” season 4 episode 8 thinking that Azami meant he will do the judging alone.
However, Azami brings in two First Class Officers from the World Gourmet Organization named Decora and Courage in “Food Wars” season 4 episode 8. More importantly, these women and Anne go back as they were the ones who trained Anne, but the duo does not seem friendly toward the impartial judge.
In the manga, Decora made fun of Anne's appearance at one point while Courage is just constantly smitten by Azami. The changes certainly worry the Rebels in “Food Wars” season 4 episode 8. But to their surprise, Azami reveals that Sanzaemon actually agreed to the changes.
As for Soma, the change in judges starting in “Food Wars” season 4 episode 8 is good. He sees this as an opportunity to slam Azami directly with his culinary prowess.
Azami's sudden entrance only happened after the Tsukasa vs. Satoshi duel. But it appears that “Food Wars” season 4 episode 8 will focus in this battle where Azami, Decora, and Courage are already going to do the judging.

The end of the Regiment de Cuisine is near as there is only one battle left after the 4th Bout duels of Tsukasa vs. Satoshi and Takumi vs. Rindo. That only makes the changes to be tackled in “Food Wars” season 4 episode 8 even more important.
