All the major Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on Monday. Gold was trading around $1,312 mark while silver was trading around $15.74 mark.
Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.32 pct lower at 6,052.14 points.
Shanghai composite index to open down 0.2 pct at 2,613.17 points and China's CSI300 index to open down 0.2 pct at 3,239.81 points.
Taiwanese stock was trading around 0.90 percent higher at 10,022.45 points.
Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.05 pct higher at 27,957.25 points.
South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.07 percent lower at 2,175.55 points.
India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.70 percent lower at 10,868.58 points while BSE Sensex was trading 0.57 points lower at 36,341.55 points.
Japanese banks will be closed in observance of National Foundation Day.
