ETH/USD continues trading in the red on Tuesday as it broke below 20-DMA. It is currently trading at 952 levels at the time of writing (Kraken).
On the upside, resistance is seen at 1036 (7-DMA) and a break above would see the pair testing 1075 (38.2% retracement of 1594.89 and 755)/1106 (20-DMA). Further strength would target 1174/1200/1274.
On the downside, support is likely to be found at 925 (61.8% retracement of 512 and 1594.89) and a break below would target 900/834 (50-DMA). Further weakness would see it testing 800/743/717 (90-EMA).
Momentum studies: Bias remains bearish on the daily chart with RSI weak at 46, MACD line below the signal line and stochs biased sharply lower.
Recommendation: Good to go short on break below 925. SL: 1080. TP: 900/834.
