George Clooney is the hot issue this week as it was reported that he has been cheating his wife Amal Alamuddin. And what is making this news more controversial is the fact that the alleged third party involved is Prince Harry’s wife Meghan Markle.
The cheating allegations
In an article that appeared on New Idea this week titled “Caught Out! It’s All Been One Big Act,” a photo of Meghan and Clooney took up most of the magazine cover and they were smiling broadly. The magazine alleged that the Duke of Sussex had been blindsided as his wife and the former “Batman” actor are dating behind his back.
It was also mentioned that Amal is really tensed right now and a serious crisis is brewing in the home she shares with George Clooney. The barrister is said to be under pressure as well since the other party is not just someone but one of her friends.
“Amal is pretty peeved because George and Meghan are talking non-stop privately and she’s been left out of the conversations,” the supposed source told the magazine. “She’s finding it pretty rude especially since she was the one who encouraged them to all be friends in the first place.”
Furthermore, the source shared that George, Amal, Harry and Meghan created a WhatsApp group chat so that they can be in contact. However, the chats continued as a one-on-one conversation leading to George and Meghan’s supposed private chats. The tipster added that the cheating became stronger now that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have moved to L.A.
“George is falling over himself to help Meghan and Harry now they’ve moved to L.A.,” the so-called source said. “They’re talking a whole lot and that’s getting too much for Amal to deal with.”
The truth
Gossip Cop readily debunked this story because firstly, it is hard to believe that George, Amal, Meghan and Harry will set up a WhatsApp to chat. Plus, in the article, it was said that George Clooney and Meghan Markle were caught but there was no mention of how it happened in the report. Finally, the fact-checking site pointed out that New Idea is not a reliable source because it already refuted a number of its reports.
