MCLEAN, Va., April 10, 2018 -- Gladstone Land Corporation (NASDAQ:LAND) (“Gladstone Land” or the “Company”) announced today that its board of directors declared the following cash distributions for each of April, May, and June 2018 and also announced its plan to report earnings for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018.
Monthly Cash Distributions:
Common Stock: $0.0443 per share of common stock for each of April, May, and June 2018, representing a 0.1% increase over the prior quarter, payable per the table below:
