‘Goblin Slayer’ Season 2 Possible Air Date, Spoilers: Seeds of Harem Planted, Orcbolg Spends Time with Girls

“Goblin Slayer” is not a typical harem anime, that’s for sure. As dense as Orcbolg seems to be when it comes to dealing with people, he is not an idiot. He understands what the implications of his actions can have, but he has his own way of dealing with things. Unfortunately for him, the seeds of a harem have already been planted and “Goblin Slayer” Season 2 is when they will sprout. He will also water them by spending time with the girls in the next season.

As fans who have only watched the anime will already know, “Goblin Slayer” Season 2 is coming. This was announced in the last scene of the season one finale, OtakuKart points out. However, far from the goblin-slaying bloodbath that many might be expecting, the start of the new season might be quite lighthearted. This is only if the anime follows the same path as the manga, though.

Basically, “Goblin Slayer” Season 2 will likely open up with the preparations for the Harvest Festival underway. Orcbolg will be going on a date with Miss Reception Lady and Cow Girl on the same day but at different times. What’s more, he will also be having a meal and drink with High Elf Archer, thus completing the trio of female admirers surrounding him.

There will likely also be a scene in “Goblin Slayer” Season 2 depicting The Sword Maiden in a truly adorable fashion. She will pout because she is not allowed to attend the festival and spend time with Goblin Slayer. If so, it will also likely be revealed that she is no longer being plagued by nightmares about goblins. No wonder she developed feelings for her savior.

For those who would not want to see this anime become a typical harem property, it’s unlikely that it will be. “Goblin Slayer” Season 2 will simply showcase impressive character development for Orcbolg and the people around him. As for when this will be the case, the new season’s premiere is predicted to be in early 2020.
