HOUSTON, Jan. 23, 2018 -- Onit, a leading provider of enterprise legal management and business process automation solutions, today announced that Gogo, the leader in commercial and business aviation broadband connectivity, is now using Onit’s Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. By leveraging Onit’s technology, Gogo has dramatically streamlined its legal invoicing and contracting processes, facilitated better collaboration within its legal team and improved monitoring of its overall legal spend.
“It’s an honor to add Gogo to our rapidly growing list of satisfied clients. It’s also worth pointing out that the Gogo implementation was not only highly successful for everyone involved, but it was also a rather unique one,” says Eric M. Elfman, founder and CEO of Onit. “After going live with the ELM solution, they also implemented our contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution. The CLM solution was essentially 'layered' on top of their ELM system. Users can quickly switch back and forth between ELM and CLM at any time. The implementation team went their usual extra mile on this project, and I am extremely pleased with their accomplishment at Gogo.”
Gogo, a company providing superior connectivity and entertainment in the aircraft industry, first went live with Onit’s ELM solution in late 2017. Their ELM solution is not only a system of engagement, but also comprehensive and highly flexible in the sense that additions can be made quickly. Shortly after going live with ELM, they were able to extend the Onit platform and implement a robust contract lifecycle management system in a few short weeks. With these solutions up and running successfully, the implementation process itself was also one of the better ones.
