(OTC Pink:GSRX) (“Green Spirit” or, the “Company”) announced today that it has completed construction on the third of its five medical cannabis dispensary locations in Puerto Rico. The Company’s Carolina location is prepared for final inspection by the Department of Health of Puerto Rico (the “DHPR”). Once the location passes inspection and the DHPR issues the requisite Ocupational License for Establishment, Green Spirit may begin operations.
The new Green Spirit RX medicinal cannabis dispensary is located at 65th Infantry Avenue, Km 11.00, marginal 3, Lomas de Carolina, Puerto Rico, 00987. The dispensary is a safe, secure and beautifully appointed space where patients will be afforded both private consultation and a wide assortment of medicinal cannabis products for purchase. Located on the northeast coast of Puerto Rico, just east of San Juan and Trujillo Alto. Carolina is the fourth largest city in Puerto Rico. Home to Puerto Rico’s main airport, the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport, Carolina is one of Puerto Rico’s most important tourist centers, with several well-known hotels on the coast in Isla Verde, as well as host to many entertainment events, including the 2003 and 2007 Caribbean World Series, is located in Carolina.
