There are still more than two weeks left before “Grey’s Anatomy” season 15 episode 5 goes on air. But the published teasers about the upcoming episodes suggest that Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Teddy (Kim Raver) will be having a serious talk.
The synopsis for “Grey’s Anatomy” season 15 episode 5 hints that one of the highlights is a conversation between Meredith and Teddy. The official teaser says (via CarterMatt), “Meredith reaches out to Teddy and helps her talk through some of her personal struggles.”
Looking back to what had happened prior to Grey’s Anatomy” season 15 episode 5, fans can make a good guess on what "struggles" Meredith and Teddy might discuss. Meredith is most likely opening up about going on dates again while Teddy's dilemma is much more obvious.
Dating might sound like a smaller dilemma compared to hiding a pregnancy. But considering all of Meredith's failed relationships before, meeting new men could really be a struggle. If Meredith pours her heart out to Teddy in “Grey’s Anatomy” season 15 episode 5, maybe the latter will also find the courage to come clean about her pregnancy and her baby daddy.

After having sexy dreams about DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) and the newcomer “Ortho God” Link (Chris Carmack), Meredith decided to enlist the services of her matchmaker patient Cece (Caroline Clay).
