H.I.G. Capital said Oct. 20 that its credit affiliate, H.I.G. WhiteHorse, arranged debt financing for the Be-Cloud–QualityHosting deal, providing capital for the European cloud services group’s expansion and future acquisitions.

H.I.G. did not disclose the financing amount or terms. It described Germany’s QualityHosting, a PSG Equity portfolio company, as the buyer of France’s Be-Cloud. B & Capital, a minority investor in Be-Cloud since December 2021, said Oct. 14 that it sold its stake to PSG Equity. The sale’s financial terms were not disclosed.

PSG Equity has owned QualityHosting since October 2025, according to B & Capital. QualityHosting is based in Gelnhausen, Germany. Be-Cloud serves customers and IT partners in France, the Benelux and Switzerland.

Both companies provide Microsoft cloud services to small and medium-sized businesses. Acquisitions are part of the combined group’s expansion plan, B & Capital said. It also intends to develop its cybersecurity and artificial intelligence services alongside its cloud business.

QualityHosting said customers and partners would keep their existing contacts as the businesses come together.
