TUCSON, Ariz., Jan. 23, 2018 -- HTG Molecular Diagnostics, Inc. (NASDAQ:HTGM) (HTG), a provider of instruments, reagents and services for molecular profiling applications, today announced the completion of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 13,915,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $2.90 per share, including 1,815,000 shares sold pursuant to the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. All of the shares in the offering were sold by HTG. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering are approximately $40.4 million, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
Leerink Partners LLC and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC and LifeSci Capital LLC acted as co-managers for the offering.
