LOS ANGELES, March 04, 2016 -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:HAFC) (“Hanmi”), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock for the 2016 first quarter of $0.14 per share. The dividend will be paid on March 30, 2016, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2016. Though the payment of cash dividends remains subject to review by the appropriate regulatory authorities on a quarterly basis, Hanmi has received regulatory approval to pay the first quarter dividend.
