High anti-Greece sentiment in Germany

German parliament, which passed the bill in a test vote yesterday will hold the actual vote today, which is also likely to approve Greek bailout negotiation to begin.

In spite of German parliamentary support, mood is quite sour public and local media as skepticism remains, whether or not to trust Greece with new source of money.

Bild, Germany's largest selling tabloid advocated for voting no it even provided seven reasons why German parliament 'Bundestag' should vote no.

Seven points are laid out below -

  • Financial numbers doctored
  • Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras opposes the plan
  • International Monetary fund won't join in
  • A third rescue package goes against EU law
  • Athens has gambled away all trust
  • Our grandchildren will pay
  • Grexit is a better solution.

These skepticism is unlikely to change that German lawmakers will vote to approve negotiation in spite of some rebellion within Ms. Merkel's own party, however Chancellor Merkel is sure to lose her so called invincibility and ratings if this last hope is gone.

Euro as of now seems to have focused away from Greece trading at 1.089 against dollar.
