HONG KONG, Feb. 13, 2017 -- Highway Holdings Limited (Nasdaq:HIHO) today announced its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on April 10, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 16, 2017.
