Honda will launch the HondaJet Elite II, featuring a flight range of 2,865 kilometers, 204 km longer than the existing models, and an automatic landing system.
Priced at $6.95 million, the HondaJet Elite II has a bigger fuel tank and performance-improving ground spoiler devices to its wings to help control speed.
Honda is expected to start delivering the aircraft to customers in November.
New automation technologies, such as emergency auto-landing, which will be introduced by the end of next year, could be retrofitted to the aircraft.
