MARTINSVILLE, Va., Nov. 29, 2016 -- Hooker Furniture Corporation (NASDAQ:HOFT) announced that on November 28, 2016, its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share, payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at December 15, 2016. This represents a 20% increase over the previous quarterly dividend.
