OLATHE, Kan., April 24, 2017 -- Hooper Holmes, Inc. (NYSE MKT:HH), a leading provider of health, wellness and biometric screening services today announced the award of a new service contract with Paradigm Health Plans® the nation’s leader in the delivery of value-based health plans and health management solutions. Paradigm Health Plans will integrate Hooper Holmes’ screening services into their Lifestyle-for-Life® Health Management Program. The program is offered to Paradigm’s customers to assess participant health risks and provide health improvement tools and resources to facilitate healthier living for all.
In this strategic partnership with Paradigm Health, Hooper Holmes will offer a range of services including onsite venipuncture and finger stick testing, remote lab clinic testing, flu vaccination services and more. The core offering features a more complex 38-panel comprehensive venipuncture screening, tailored based on each participant’s age, gender, health history and test results. Administered via a single draw, this test will identify 46 critical risk factors including cardiovascular disease risks (high cholesterol); complete blood count (CBC); glucose (blood sugar) and diabetes; liver and kidney disease and functions; anemia; blood, bone, and muscle disease (including certain types of cancer); uric acid; electrolytes; and more. Traditional biometric screening panels are also available. Services are scheduled to kick-off in mid-April.
