(NYSE:HST) (the “Company”), the nation’s largest lodging real estate investment trust, today announced that its board of directors authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company’s common stock representing an annual dividend yield of approximately 4% on last Friday’s closing stock price. The dividend is payable on October 16, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 29, 2017.
