‘How to Get Away With Murder’ season 3’s episode 11, titled “Not Everything's About Annalise," is set to follow Annalise as she continues to cope with life in prison. Frank’s shocking confession in the previous episode may change everything.
The synopsis for “Not Everything's About Annalise" posted on TV Guide states, “Annalise's (Viola Davis) life behind bars is a daily struggle that tests her sanity, but her future could change following a shocking confession to Wes' (Alfred Enoch) murder. Meanwhile, the Keating 4 are unnerved by the scope of the DA's investigation.”
A sneak peak video for episode 11 posted on Refinery 29 shows Bonnie (Liza Weil) reassuring Annalise that she continues to work hard for her release from prison. She tells Annalise that charges would have to be dropped somehow following Frank’s (Charlie Weber) confession and eventual arrest.
Bonnie insists, “I'm getting you out of here, Annalise, by the end of the day, tomorrow at the latest. Trust me." Annalise she remains skeptical of Bonnie’s promises retorting, “I trusted you to get me out on bail — look how that went.”
The previous episode, titled "We're Bad People," saw Bonnie fail to get Annalise released on bail as ADA Atwood's (Milauna Jackson) team continued to put more evidence against her. Atwood’s team remained adamant on proving Annalise’s guilt in starting the fire that ravaged her home.
The high-profile defense attorney was also seen adjusting to the difficulties of life in prison. She seemed close to her breaking point every time she closed her eyes and saw flashbacks of Wes still alive.
Meanwhile, Frank visited the precinct and confessed to killing Wes, who was revealed to have died of asphyxiation. The upcoming episode will deal with the aftermath of Frank’s confession and its implications on Annalise’s fate.
‘How to Get Away With Murder’ season 3’s episode 11, titled “Not Everything's About Annalise," is scheduled to air on February 2, 2017 on ABC. It was directed by Nicole Rubio and written by Abby Ajayi. It will be followed by episode 12, titled "Go Cry Somewhere Else," scheduled for February 9.
