NEWPORT NEWS, Va., Nov. 02, 2016 -- Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE:HII) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.60 per share, a 20 percent increase over the $0.50 per share dividend paid in each of the prior four quarters. The $0.60 per share dividend is payable on Dec. 9, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 25, 2016.
