On Oct. 30, the reported market capitalizations were $22 billion for HYPE and $21.4 billion for ZEC, a $600 million difference.
The figures measure the tokens themselves, not the overall value of their platforms. Hyperliquid operates a decentralized platform for perpetual-futures trading.
In an Oct. 25 snapshot, HYPE ranked 11th overall with a market capitalization of $16.99 billion.
More recent rankings that exclude stablecoins have placed both HYPE and ZEC among the 10 largest cryptocurrencies.
