Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has not announced a launch date for its proposed U.S. perpetual futures venue with Trade.xyz, which remains subject to regulatory approval under the companies’ plan.

The proposed products would reference stock indexes, commodities and currency prices, with Hyperliquid supplying the technology. ICE said the U.S. venue would have separate trade-clearing and identity-verification arrangements, alongside anti-money-laundering checks.

ICE, parent of the New York Stock Exchange, would exclusively operate Trade.xyz’s regulated markets and set up a separate retail trading and clearing structure. ICE also plans a strategic investment in the company.

The companies plan to seek approvals, including for leveraged products. ICE’s Oct. 29 announcement set no launch date; EconoTimes previously detailed the proposed retail-market structure.
