(NASDAQ:PI), a leading provider and pioneer of solutions for identifying, locating and authenticating everyday items using RAIN RFID, today announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 3,515,869 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $27.00 per share. The number of shares sold in this offering include 1,000,000 shares offered by Impinj and 2,515,869 shares offered by certain selling stockholders. Impinj will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders. In addition, Impinj has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 527,380 shares of common stock from Impinj at the public offering price.
