As an Advanced Partner in OpenAI’s network, Insight Enterprises says it will add a dedicated OpenAI Center of Excellence and more delivery capacity for midsize and lower-enterprise customers adopting AI solutions.

Alongside the center, Insight is broadening its sales, solution architecture and engineering capabilities and adding forward-deployed experts. The company aims to help organizations adopt and scale AI.

Through Radius and Rapid AI, clients can work with Insight to adopt and scale ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex. The company describes services that extend from strategy and governance to implementation, employee adoption, managed services and optimization after deployment.

Insight says its internal AI effort now covers more than 90% of its global workforce, and it reports significant productivity gains. Its approach pairs technology rollout with changes to business processes and workforce adoption, with the aim of taking clients from pilot use to production.

Insight says its collaboration with OpenAI covers customer adoption, AI service offerings, industry solutions and joint go-to-market initiatives. Viettel America Corporation has also said it gained Select Partner status in OpenAI’s network, as described in EconoTimes’ coverage of Viettel America’s Select Partner designation.
