Institutional Heavyweights Drive ETH to New Highs: $3400 Breached Amidst Aggressive Accumulation

Strong faith in Ethereum's (ETH) long-term worth has been shown as SharpLink Gaming (SBET) and World Liberty Financial (WLFI) have been actively building it all 2025. Aggressive purchases since June 2025 have let SharpLink Gaming amass 321,000 ETH—about $1 billion—frequently purchasing more than 100,000 ETH in under ten days. With an average acquisition cost of around $2,745 per ETH, their unrealised profits total an estimated $204 million. SharpLink's ability to pass the Ethereum Foundation as the biggest business holder of ETH has helped SBET stock to increase significantly thanks to this approach.

With holdings reaching more than 70,000 ETH (around $235 million) by February 2025 and onward till July, World Liberty Financial has also been heavily accumulating ETH. Regular, significant daily purchases define WLFI's approach; frequently, it buys during market falls. While their portfolio is diversified, a core ETH position is held with an emphasis on liquidity and yield creation via DeFi and staking. Together, the efforts of both corporations have raised ETH as an institutional treasury asset awareness in the market, therefore boosting bullish mood and better Ethereum liquidity.

ETHUSD surges above $3400 on strong accumulation by institutional. It hits an intraday high of $3481 and is currently trading around $3454.

Overall trend remains bullish  as long as support $2000 remains intact. Watch out for $3500, any break above targets $3600/$3800/$4000. A robust bullish trend will only materialize above $4100.

Immediate support is around $3200. Any violation below will drag the price down to $3000/$2880/$2770/$2650/$2534/$2435/$2374/$2000/$1750/$1675/$1620/$1500/$1200/$1000. A breach below $1000 could see Ethereum plummet to $800/$500.

It is good to buy on dips around $3200 with SL around $2900 for a TP of $4100.
