The Legacy Award is given annually to an individual in the region who has established a solid “legacy” of lifetime service to the construction industry, their colleagues and to their community. The award was presented to Richter yesterday at the magazine’s Best Projects Awards Banquet held at the Sheraton Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. He will also be profiled in the magazine’s December issue.
