Very shortly after Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez announced their engagement, the former Major League Baseball star was hit with cheating accusations. However, the singer-actress does not seem bothered by these rumors. A report claiming she wanted to include a “cheating clause” in their prenuptial agreement has also been debunked.
Earlier this month, Rodriguez got down his knee and popped the question while he and Lopez were apparently spending time at a beach. Just a day after this, six-time MLB All-Star Jose Canseco claimed in a series of tweets that Rodriguez had been cheating on the “Maid in Manhattan” star with his ex-wife Jessica Canseco.

However, Us Weekly reported that Lopez has heard of Rodriguez’s alleged cheating in the past but she “never let it bother her.” It also does not appear to cause a strain in their relationship even in the present time. A source of the publication said, “She trusts him and his love. They are inseparable and together almost all of the time. Jose Canseco has an ax to grind, but she doesn’t hear the noise.”
Following the accusations, In Touch ran a story that it could cost Alex Rodriguez a lot if she cheats on Jennifer Lopez after they tie the knot. “Before they marry, Jennifer wants him to sign an iron-clad prenup with a cheating clause to protect herself if he betrays her. She wants some assurance about their future,” an insider told the tabloid.
However, Gossip Cop reached to a source close to Lopez denied In Touch’s report. A representative of Rodriguez also reportedly “laughed off” the rumored “cheating clause.” “Juicy: Confessions of a Former Baseball Wife” author has also dismissed her ex-husband’s claims, “Those false accusations Jose is making are not true! I have known Alex for many years and haven’t even seen him for over 5. I certainly did not sleep with him. I am friendly with both him and Jennifer. As for Jose he can keep playing with his Alien friends.”
This week, British Playboy model Zoe Gregory told The Sun that Alex Rodriguez flirted with her via text just weeks before proposing to Lopez. “He was asking me for sex videos, demanding we hook up and asking me to make arrangements with other girls,” Gregory claimed. However, the latest accusation coming the British model also does not seem to cause any problems to Jennifer Lopez and Rodriguez.
