The initiative is an effort to reconnect with the nearly 100 million people who participated in Junior Achievement programs while in grades K through 12 since the organization's founding. JA is seeking stories about how JA has impacted their lives. Participating alumni are eligible to receive a free JA Alumni Welcome Packet. Founded in 1919, Junior Achievement is the world's largest organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices. Today, JA reaches 4.6 million students per year in 113 markets across the United States, with an additional 5.6 million students served by operations in 121 other countries worldwide. In 2016, JA will be reaching its 100 millionth student.
