FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., April 17, 2017 -- Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ:KALU) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 27, 2017.
In addition, the Board of Directors authorized an additional $100 million for share repurchases. Including the amount available under the previous authorization, as of April 17, 2017 the total available for future share repurchases under the program was $149 million.
