Kia India said record October dispatches pushed its 2026 wholesale tally above the automaker’s full-year 2025 volume, a milestone reached before the year’s final two months.

October’s 33,462 vehicles were 13.22% more than the 29,556 dispatched in October 2025. The figure also exceeded September’s previous monthly high of 32,017. From January through October, Kia recorded 286,470 dispatches, up 21.31% year over year and above its 280,286 vehicles for all of 2025.

The result came in a month when Hyundai Motor India also reported a record October sales total, while Maruti Suzuki reported its highest monthly sales total.

Kia credited festive demand and interest in established and newer models. The company named the Seltos and Sonet as key contributors. Atul Sood, Kia India’s senior vice president of sales and marketing, said established models supported the result amid festive demand.

Kia’s figures count wholesale factory dispatches. The reports provided no separate totals for retail sales, registrations or customer deliveries.
