RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 30, 2016 -- Kinsale Capital Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:KNSL) today announced the pricing of a secondary offering of 3,360,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $27.50 per share.
The selling stockholders named in the prospectus are selling 3,360,000 shares of Kinsale common stock. In connection with the offering, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 504,000 shares. Kinsale will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
